At Customised Carvings by Hari, every product is handcrafted and personalised to order. Please review our shipping timelines and terms below before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Since all our products are customised and made-to-order, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be crafted, personalised, quality-checked, and prepared for dispatch. Processing time may vary slightly depending on the complexity of customisation, order volume, and product type.

Please note: this processing time is separate from courier/delivery transit time (see below).

2. Delivery Timeline

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service handling the shipment. Customers in remote or non-serviceable pin codes may experience longer delivery times.

Total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery: approximately 7–14 business days for processing, plus courier transit time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. Any free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly indicated on the Site or at checkout.
